Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Goa Safari Adventure, your satisfaction and comfort are our top priorities. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to keep our policies transparent and fair for all our guests.
Booking & Payment Policy
- The advance booking amount paid to confirm your reservation is strictly non-refundable in case of cancellation by the client.
- If the full payment is made at the time of booking, refunds will be processed as per the cancellation policy mentioned below.
Cancellation Charges
The following cancellation charges will apply on the total booking amount:
- 25% cancellation charge – Applicable from booking confirmation up to 30 days before the travel date
- 50% cancellation charge – Applicable between 14 to 7 days before the travel date
- 75% cancellation charge – Applicable between 6 to 2 days before the travel date
- No refund – If cancelled on the same day of travel
Important Notes
- The advance booking amount remains non-refundable under all circumstances if cancelled by the client.
- Partial or full refunds (if applicable) will be calculated after applying the above cancellation charges.

Refund Processing
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days
- For third-party services (hotels, cruises, activities), refund timelines will depend on their respective policies
- Bank or transaction charges (if any) may be deducted from the refund amount
Booking Modifications
- Modification requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the trip
- All changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed
Trip Cancellation by Goa Safari Adventure
- In case of cancellation from our side due to weather, technical issues, or safety concerns, you will receive:
- A full refund, or
- An option to reschedule
Health & Age Restrictions
Some activities may have specific health or age criteria. Please confirm with our team before booking.
