Terms & Conditions

By booking with Goa Safari Adventure, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:


1. Booking & Advance Payment Policy

  • Holiday Packages: Minimum 50% advance payment is required for confirmation.
  • Tours & Activities: Minimum ₹200 per person advance is required.
  • A booking is confirmed only after successful receipt of advance payment.
  • Confirmation details will be shared via Email or WhatsApp.
  • All advance payments are non-refundable and non-transferable in case of cancellation by the customer.

2. Payment Terms

  • The remaining balance amount must be paid at the start of the trip or at boarding.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfer, UPI (GPay/PhonePe), and cash.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Advance Payment

  • The booking amount is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances if cancelled by the customer.

Cancellation Charges (On Total Booking Amount)

  • 25% cancellation charge – Up to 30 days before travel date
  • 50% cancellation charge – Between 14 to 7 days before travel date
  • 75% cancellation charge – Between 6 to 2 days before travel date
  • No refund – If cancelled on the same day of travel

Note: Applicable refunds (only on full payment bookings) will be processed after deducting the above charges.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–15 working days
  • Bank/transaction charges may be deducted
  • Third-party services (hotels, cruises, activities) follow their own refund timelines and policies

4. Modifications & Amendments

  • Any changes must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity/trip
  • All modifications are subject to availability and not guaranteed

5. Cancellation by Operator / Company

  • If a trip is cancelled due to weather conditions, technical issues, or safety concerns, customers will be offered:
    • Rescheduling, or
    • Full refund (if applicable)

6. Role & Liability

  • Goa Safari Adventure acts as a booking facilitator/agent for tours, activities, and third-party services.
  • We are not responsible for:
    • Any accidents, delays, or damages caused by third-party operators
    • Changes in itinerary, pricing, or availability
    • Service quality delivered by the operator
  • In case of any liability, it will be limited to:
    • Re-booking the same or similar service, or
    • Refund of the booking amount (as applicable)

7. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by the tour operator
  • Goa Safari Adventure is not responsible for issues arising due to non-compliance

8. Age & Identification

  • Bookings can only be made by individuals 18 years or above
  • A valid government ID proof is mandatory at the time of check-in
  • Failure to verify identity may result in cancellation without refund

9. Insurance

  • Some activities involve inherent risks. Customers are advised to arrange their own travel/health insurance

10. Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Panaji, Goa
